Well, after having looked at the Waterfall development model in the earlier two posts, lets look at a different topic - Business Strategy. I'm putting together a post on "Blue Ocean Strategy" which is based on the book written by W. Chan Kim and Renée Maubborgne of INSEAD business school. The concept of Blue Oceans is not limited to large corporations and can very well be applied by each of us in our respective areas of activity. I hope to post this latest by tomorrow.
