I've been wanting to play with Google Wave for a while but haven't had much time. Took some time off today to create waves and explore it some bit.
Initial observations of some features i thought were cool - playback of conversations and changes to the wave, inline replying, easy drag and drop of images to a wave (presently needs gears), creating new waves derived from existing waves, seemingly real-time instant messaging, collaborative authoring and editing that makes wikis seem dated, wave links and some interesting extensions.
I hope to spend more time waving and exploring in the days ahead.
